  Exellent and friendly service. I spoke to 3 employees. They were all friendly and accommodating. On return of truck even though they were busy, they remained happy and there was no hassles with my refund.

  Service was generally good. Had to wait longer than I hoped when returning car but once being served it did not take long. Hire car was fine for what I needed it for. However,, it would be better if there were a few more hire car places around the Illawarra for convenience.

  When we picked up the hire truck the male worker and younger lady were so nice and helpful and upon dropping truck off we dealt with the older lady" SUE "who was so rude ! We filled truck up over the full line and she wanted us to put another LITRE of petrol in it ! Even the male worker agreed with us and said that it's way over the full line and not to worry so it goes to say that next time we will go with CANT'YS hire in unanderra they were so much nicer to deal with !!!
